Chris Meany of Wilson Meany put it best, "490 AOP is situated on one of the most remarkable parcels of developable land on Treasure Island, offering protected views that span San Francisco Bay, its bridges, and iconic landmarks. To live directly across from a waterfront park is a once-in-a-generation opportunity." Our approach was to directly express this and capture the constant connection to the water and its ever-changing moods – a singular feature that no other residence could claim. The expression came in the form of an illustration commission with a renown Scandinavian artist, using a watercolor technique that emulated the bay and surrounding landscapes, views and lifestyle scenes. This artwork became the leading figure in the branding, creating a distinct look while augmenting our photography and renderings to create a unique island-centric mood.
