The first for-sale high-rise to come out of the ground in over a decade, Upton was leading the downtown Denver market into a new chapter with a bold, dual tower design. The building design, skyline silhouette and mountain views would all be iconic. But the business district location needed some vision and story-telling about what would, and could be. Our thesis: We aren’t in a vibrant retail-rich character-filled neighborhood. But we are surrounded by them. We’re a hub and jumping off point with incredible access to the city’s best neighborhoods.
